International 9200i Rakow Drokowe, Poland

International 9200i Rakow Drokowe, Poland
In Poland some excentric US trucks can be found. More specific in the towtruck scene some beauties are seen. This one is an example. The International 9200i looks very good. Up to ten years ago the poland trucks were not that well, and currently they drive even newer trucks than in Western Europe. Why do they invest more and more in big tow trucks as the towed ones are of a better quality?

Kenworth K100 Hofer, Vordemwald, Switzerland

Kenworth K100 Hofer, Vordemwald, Switzerland
This green machine is a Kenworth K100 in Switzerland that is still in use at Hofer, Vordemwald. Hofer has quite some Kenworths. After the "Friderici"period the company bought some of those. Next to those they also have blue ones and this green K100. This one I saw at Friderici before. In the 80s the two companies worked already together.

Mack Ultraliner MH612 Verhuurbedrijf Zuid-Holland, The Netherlands

Mack Ultraliner MH612 Verhuurbedrijf Zuid-Holland, The Netherlands
The Mack MH612 overhere was the first 4x2 Mack Ultraliner in The Netherlands back in 1989. The Mack was imported by Martien Monné for RTF. Later that company turned into CDR. The truck went to Hellinga, Belsi, Van Kemenade, Rolande, Clohse Belgium and at the end to Rental company Zuid-Nederland. Although it does not look as a combination with that little trailer, it is good to have this Mack still on the road. Johan van der Stel saw the Mack at work and immediately shot it and sent the picture! Thanks Johan!
